A New Year with a Family of Four!

It's New Year's Eve and I'm awake, it's right before 7 AM. I like to get up before the family and get all the things done that I can't when the kiddies are occupying my attention. It will be 2010 tomorrow and I have a few hopes for the new year.

1. Settle in to a new house!
2. Potty train Cara.
3. Continue to have a happy and healthy family!
4. Do more for my community.
5. Teach Cara her colors.
6. Assist Samantha in all of her first year milestones.
7. Lose the baby fat.
8. Hope my husband travels less!!

More will come...but those are on the top of my list right now. I love having a family of four and would also like to keep it at four for the year of 2010.

I have added some pics from Christmas. We were all very spoiled but so grateful for all that our family and friends gave to us. Cara could barely walk in her room when we got all of her presents up there. She got some great stuff and was very pleased with Santa. Maybe next year she won't be so scared of the guy! Sammy is set for the next 6 months with some great toys and activities. Can't wait for her to start crawling around, so she can play with her big sister. All in all, Christmas reminded me how blessed Chris and I are!

Happy New Year!

Enjoy!

The best time of the year!

Happy Holidays!

I am so blessed to share the holiday season with my two sweet little girls. I have one who is completely petrified of Santa, but really wants him to bring her candy. And I have another who has no idea what is going on, but looks super cute in all of her holiday bows and outfits! Kids are so much fun to dress up! Even more so during the Holidays!

Tomorrow, Samantha is 2 months old. We will ALL be joining her for shots tomorrow. Cara has to get her flu boosters and I have to get my H1N1, now that it has become available. We should be a nice, cranky family tomorrow.

This past weekend, we made it down to the Kennesaw Santa Parade. It was cold, but we braved the weather and thankfully we did, cause it was such a wonderful experience. They had some awesome floats and threw candy at us! Cara didn't even know what to do with herself. People were literally throwing candy at her. She'd pick up the candy and thankfully for me her 2 year old hands can't pry open most wrappers, so she would run to me to open the candy. This gave me the opportunity to make sure everything tasted okay for her.

I have posted some seasonal photos, for all to enjoy! I will post with Sammy's progress and more Holiday photos as they occur!

Enjoy!
